Welcome to my simple healthtips! This website isn’t run by a health care conglomerate. I am a virologist and immunologist who has a passion for helping others–with their health and wellness.
By way of introduction, I have more than 35 years of research experience. I have worked in labs as diverse as those conducting research on viruses, the immune system, stem cells, cancer, the brain and metabolic disorders. In all those years, I have learned things that might help you and I wish to share them with you.
